Unit conversion and display preferences
Unit conversion runs on your device. Our conversion process does not send input values to a server or store them in URLs or browser storage. Language and theme preferences are stored in this browser. Advertising and delivery services handle information as described in the advertising and access sections of this policy.
File contents
Selected files are viewed and converted within the browser on this device. File contents, names, geometry and dimensions are not sent to our servers or advertising services. Original files are never overwritten.
Processing and display end when you close the file, open another file or leave the page. Converted files that you save remain on your device.
Moving to the viewing page
After confirmation, the same design opens as a new viewing page. Selected files are temporarily encrypted in this device’s isolated viewer storage. Decryption information stays in the same tab. File names, contents and keys are not sent to advertising pages or servers.
Temporary input is deleted when consumed. Transfers expire after two minutes, with at most two pending records. Unused expired data is cleaned up on the next use, not necessarily when the browser closes. Clear the viewer site data to remove remaining data. Originals are unchanged. If temporary storage is unavailable, files open on the same page.
Temporary storage of converted results
Only converted output is stored in the conversion-result area to move to the result page. Input files are not stored in that area. Records are deleted when consumed.
The transfer expires after 5 minutes, with up to 2 stored results. Records left after an interruption are checked for expiry and deleted on a later visit, conversion or result display. They are not automatically deleted while the browser is closed. You can also delete them using the browser’s “Clear site data” option. If temporary storage is unavailable, you can save the result from the same screen.
Website access
When serving pages, programs and samples, the hosting service may process IP addresses, browser information and requested URLs. These requests do not contain the contents of files you view or convert.
The public site is configured to use Cloudflare for hosting. For information about its data practices, see Cloudflare’s privacy policy. This viewer has no user account registration or payment features.
Advertisements and cookies
When advertisements are displayed, third-party advertising providers, including Google and its partners, may use cookies and device identifiers to serve ads based on previous visits to this and other websites. Files you view or convert are not provided to advertising services.
You can manage personalized advertising through Google’s ad settings. Settings for other advertising providers are also available on the advertising cookie choices page. To learn how Google uses information, see Google’s explanation of advertising.
A consent screen is displayed according to your region and advertising settings. You can choose when consent is requested for advertising cookies or similar technologies. If “Ad privacy settings” is displayed on the site, you can change your preferences there. Saving files never requires clicking an ad or consenting to advertising. Advertising and analytics are currently disabled.
Advertising region checks
When advertising is enabled, we check advertising coverage using the country or region inferred from the IP address by our delivery service, Cloudflare. Display language is not used to determine the region. We do not request access to your device location.
Region checks contact the delivery service on this same site. This tool does not record the returned IP address or diagnostic information in browser storage; it temporarily uses only the country or region code. The delivery service handles information under its own privacy policy.
Ads are not displayed if the region is unsupported, cannot be determined, or the required consent has not been obtained. File viewing, conversion, saving and unit conversion remain available regardless of advertising consent.

We do not send file contents, filenames, geometry, dimensions or unit-conversion input values to advertising services. See the policy and settings links on this page for each service’s details and controls.
