GETTING STARTED

Inspect drawings without CAD.

View DXF, SVG, PDF and image drawings in your browser. Check supported formats and limitations for text, scale and conversion.

Open the viewer Formats, limits and the Free / Pro comparison

Opening depends on the format

Open supported 2D DXF, SVG, PNG, JPEG and static PDF files. Illustrator AI must contain PDF-compatible content. DWG, proprietary CAD formats and embedded 3D PDF models cannot be displayed directly. Ask the author for a supported format.

Open and zoom

Select a file and confirm opening. Drag to pan 2D drawings and scroll to zoom. Switch pages in PDFs. Fullscreen can help inspect details.

Cross-check text and dimensions

Supported DXF text and stored dimension geometry can be displayed, but original fonts and line styles are not reproduced exactly. Automatic dimension extraction from images or PDFs, and converting them to CAD lines, are unavailable. Keep the original for formal dimension checks.

Save in a supported format

Convert supported DXF to SVG; save SVG or the displayed PDF or PDF-compatible AI page as PNG. PNG and JPEG image conversion is also available. PDF or image to DXF, DXF export, and AI editing or export are unsupported in the free edition.

Check values with different units

Use the company website’s unit converters for values in inches, mm or m. Converting a value does not establish the drawing’s scale. Specify coordinate units for viewer measurements only when the original units are known.
